I recently had the pleasure of trying out The Masala Story and I must say, their Dal Makhani with Jeera Rice was a standout dish. The combination of creamy dal and perfectly cooked rice with a hint of cumin was a burst of flavors in every bite. The portions were generous and the service was impeccable. I recently ordered home delivery from this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the food, especially the Chole. The Chole was sweet, which is not how it should taste. It lacked the necessary spices and salt, resulting in a bland and unappetizing dish. The absence of the traditional savory and tangy flavors made the experience quite unsatisfactory. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into account and improves their recipe for a more authentic and flavorful dish in the future.
